Jimmy M. Kunnel is a trial attorney who focuses his practice on personal injury. Mr. Kunnel was born in Philadelphia and raised in Bucks County. Mr. Kunnel graduated from Drexel University with a degree in Business Administration. He was heavily involved with several multicultural organizations during his undergraduate career. After graduation, he attended Widener University, Delaware Law School. Similar to his undergraduate achievements, Mr. Kunnel found success in the numerous organizations and societies he was involved with in law school. At Delaware Law, Mr. Kunnel focused his studies on trial advocacy. As part of the Moe Levine Trial Team, Mr. Kunnel competed in the TYLA (Texas Young Lawyers Association) National Trial Competition in Philadelphia. Mr. Kunnel was also a member of the Transactional Law Honor Society, Executive Board member of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity, and member of the Phi Alpha Delta George Read Chapter Trial Team. Among his other accolades, Mr. Kunnel was a Dean’s List Scholar. Mr. Kunnel is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

While in law school, Mr. Kunnel interned with the Honorable Karen Shreeves-Johns (Common Pleas), and served as a law clerk at Saltz Mongeluzzi Barrett & Bendesky P.C.

Along with his father, Joseph M. Kunnel, Esquire, Mr. Kunnel stays active in both the legal and local community. Mr. Kunnel is a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association and the South Asian Bar Association. Additionally, he has continued his involvement with Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity as an Executive Board member of the Magaw Alumni Chapter in Philadelphia.

Mr. Kunnel was part of the KOTLAW trial team that earned one of the largest verdicts recorded in Bucks County in recent history.
