Mr. Kunnel was born in the State of Kerala, India, where he practiced civil and criminal law from 1987 to 1991. Due to his hard work and strong commitment to fight for his clients, within a few years of his practice in India, Kunnel became one of the best trial attorneys in the State of Kerala and successfully handled numerous prominent civil and criminal cases, including murder trials.

Mr. Kunnel migrated to the United States in 1991 and obtained his LL.M. from Widener University School of Law, Wilmington, Delaware, in 1993. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1993 and the United States Supreme Court in 1996. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Kunnel started his legal career in the United States as a personal injury lawyer in Philadelphia in 1993 and represented thousands of severely injured people over a period of 25 years. His mission is to convey, through carefully assembled evidence, artful examination of witnesses and, most of all, his own carefully chosen words in argument, what it truly means for a client to have suffered tragedy or injustice.
